Upon acceptance for publication, the author transfers to the Publisher, free of charge, the exclusive economic rights to the work for an unlimited period and without territorial limitation. This transfer covers all fields of exploitation provided for under applicable copyright law, including, but not limited to, print reproduction, digitisation, storage in computer memory, electronic reproduction, online dissemination, and distribution through library and reading-room networks, including digital environments.
The Publisher is therefore entitled to reproduce, disseminate, and make available the work in print and electronic form, as well as to use the work, in whole or in part, for informational, promotional, and advertising purposes.
Authors remain responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe third-party rights. The submission of a manuscript constitutes a declaration that the author holds full copyright to the work and is entitled to transfer the relevant rights to the Publisher.
The Publisher also reserves the right to transfer to third parties the rights and obligations arising from the publishing agreement.
